We create websites only for legitimate purposes, should we discover otherwise, such website(s) will be taken down without prior notice.

Your website shall be developed by us ONLY with the content you have provided us with.
Clients website design job starts only after full content has been sent to us.
Clients who are interested in eCommerce websites should be aware that their products should not have too many variations so that individual products would be easily set up without having to do additional customization on the eCommerce software being used to set up the website or the server. Please send us an email should you need a more detailed explanation.

Each image for client’s website shouldn’t be too heavy in size so that the website pages loading speed won’t be reduced

After we are done designing a client’s website, the client will have 48 hours (2 days) to get back to us on “ALL” the corrections they want us to make on the newly designed website, after which the job will be marked “COMPLETED” at the end of the 48 hours.
Please note that adjustments to be done within the 48hours stated above doesn’t include the addition of new content to the website. Hence the reason why we receive all website design content before our website design job starts

Any outstanding payment is to be paid within 2 days of website design completion. We might enforce a DAILY DEMURAGE for the days with which the balance payment is delayed.

On completion of our web designing job, the admin rights to edit the website will be handed over to the client. The client might just need to keep this for record purposes.
Clients should also note that they are to make themselves available immediately after website design completion so we can put them through on all they need to know about their website admin dashboard. For example, how to update plugins, themes and cms version amongst other things. This is very important to keep websites secure from hackers.
We shall not take responsibility for any deformity to a clients website as a result of them uploading, tweaking or adjusting the website on their own.

Web Hosting control panel login details will be handed over to the clients after job delivery.

We reserve the right to list the websites we build for clients on our portfolio and also build similarly looking website ( but not a complete replica) for other clients. By not being a complete replica, we mean: Website content (write-ups and images) will be different as all clients have unique and different websites content but there could be similarities in the User Interphase (UI).

Our Starter 1 Web Design plan allows for a one-time feedback from customers after job is completed. This one time period is within 48 hours after job elivery.
Our Starter 2 package allows TWO feedbacks/editing for a ONE month period after job delivery
Our Starter 3 package allows THREE feedbacks/editing for a ONE month period after job delivery.
The Economy Ecommerce 1, 2 and 3 packages allow TWO feedbacks within ONE month period after job delivery
All the PREMIUM WEBSITE DESIGN PACKAGES allows FOUR feedbacks/editing for a TWO month period.

Clients who have opted for a premium theme to be used on their website should note that the makers of the premium themes mostly give free 6 months support within which if there is a problem with the theme, they will solve the issues without any charge. Websites made with premium themes won’t get free support from the theme makers after 6 months, a support renewal fee will be demanded before they can solve any issues with the website theme.

For efficiency purposes, each feedback/editing request (after the free editing grace has ended) can take between 3-5 working days delivery period.

If a job is completed and closed and you require further updates and iteration, a fee will be charged after the client has exhausted the amount of free adjustments that comes with the website package.

No refund is made for money paid because right from when the payment is made, even before the client sends website design content, part of the money would have been used to purchase website design materials to be used for the job

Customers will start being notified of the need to pay their website renewal fee around 2 months before expiration date. Renewal is paid once every year. The reason for the early reminder is so that customers don’t get caught unawares as regards website expiry

A short time after website expiry, the hosting company will delete the website files. Deleting the website files mean that the website wont be active any more. To prevent this from happening, renewing websites should be done as soon as we start notifying of website expiry

Please note that emails attached to websites e.g info@yourwebsite.com are mostly known to deliver messages to the spam folders of notable providers like Gmail, Yahoo etc. But sometimes they deliver to Inbox. If emails are very important to you, you may have to reply the emails received in your webmail through gmail or yahoo account for a guaranteed inbox delivery.
Sending from your webmail to another webmail delivers to Inbox most of the time.

Once in a while, the foreign hosting company we use could have a quick upgrade or update to do on their servers, this could result into unavailability of websites for a few minutes or less. Do note that these updates/upgrades are important if quality services are to be maintained by the hosting company.
